Come to Think of this, is the fan right or not?
"I know you will never support 2face protest on feb 5. Because you have collect money from buhari and corrupt politicians. You are part of Nigerian problems.
You are part of people that put Nigerians in this A.p.c change mess. Why can’t you copy the likes of fela kuti, Ebenezer obey. E.t.c that use their music to fight for Nigerians.
All you know is to collect money from corrupt politicians and campaign for them. You don’t care if your fans are suffering. You need to leave all this your greedy attitude and start doing what will make people remember you after your death."

Effects of Masturbation On your Body

I decide to write on this topic because it has an abituary action to some young people out there and am asuring u that if u read this, you never fall victim agian

Are there negative effects of masturbation or is it really a healthy and harmless way to release sexual tension as many believe? Is this really a safe practice for adolescents before marriage, or during a courtship to maintain "purity"?
The truth is masturbation will kill you – physically, mentally and spiritually. Let’s first look at how it ruins your body.

Masturbation and Stress

When you masturbate, your brain releases dopamine and endorphins.

Because endorphins and dopamine can help you cope with stress, people experiencing extraordinary stress or mental health problems are especially likely to become addicted to the release of these chemicals that occurs with masturbation.
Thus frequent masturbation can become an unhealthy coping mechanism that causes you to avoid – rather than address – your problems.”1
According to a Dutch scientist Gert Holstege, “brain scans of orgasm resembled brains scans of shooting heroine.”2   This explains why.

Addicted to masturbation

Whenever you tax one part of the body excessively it depletes your energies and breaks down your constitution because other parts of your body are robbed in order to compensate.
